Today! I will share with you guys the steps and the ingredients of Chewy fudgy Brownies!

Deliciously cakey, fudgy, and chewy. Cakey brownies are light, moist, and airy, with a slightly fluffy, cake-like interior, as the name implies. Fudgy brownies are moist, dense, and gooey, with a texture similar to but not quite as dense as fudge.


Ingredients

•1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
•3/4 cup granulated sugar
•1/2 cup brown sugar packed
•2 large eggs room temperature
•1 tbsp oil
•2 tsp pure vanilla extract
•3/4 cup all purpose flour
•1/2 cup cocoa powder
•1/4-1/2 tsp baking soda optional
•1/2 tsp salt


Step-by-step Instruction

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.

STEP 2
Melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a medium-sized mixing bowl, combined with a hand mixer on medium speed.

STEP 3
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Combine thoroughly! 

STEP 4
Combine the oil and vanilla extract.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda (if using), and salt. Reduce the mixer's speed.

STEP 5
Add flour mixture to wet mixture in intervals until all ingredients are incorporated.

STEP 6
Pour brownie batter into an 8x8 baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

STEP 7
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out almost clean. Don't overcook.

STEP 8
Cool the brownies on a cooling rack. Slice and serve!

WHISK THOSE EGGS CAREFULLY!
The eggs also give your brownies that perfect shiny top. Make sure to whisk vigorously and thoroughly! Don't skimp here!

DO NOT OVERMIX WHEN ADDING FLOUR
Gluten is formed almost immediately after the flour is added to the brownie batter. The more you mix or overmix, the tougher your brownies will become and the texture you don't want!

DON'T OVERCOOK!
The baking time is slightly shorter than that of the cakey brownie. Underbaking the brownies keeps them soft and chewy.
