In this blog, I'll show you how to make a decadence cake by sharing the steps and the ingredients. 


CHOCOLATE DECADENCE CAKE

Decadent Chocolate Cake is one of those desserts that takes a lot of time and effort to make. It's a cake so rich and decadent that it elevates any special occasion to a whole new level. This cake has two personalities. One – The chocolate frosting is dense and fudge-like right out of the refrigerator.



Ingredients
•All-purpose flour
•Sugar
•Salt
•All-purpose cream(Nestle)
•Water
•Chocolate chips
•Cocoa powder
•Egg yolks
•Vanilla extract
•Egg whites
•Cream of tartar
•Butter

Ingredients

•2 tbsp all purpose flour
•2/3 cup sugar
•1/8 tsp fine salt
•1 pack 125ml NestlĂ© All Purpose Cream
•½ cup water
•1 1/3 cups bitter sweet chocolate chips
•1/3 cup cocoa powder
•2 pcs egg yolks
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•3 pcs egg whites, room temperature
•1/8 tsp cream of tartar
•¼ cup sugar
•1 tsp butter, softened for greasing


Step-by-step Instruction

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Boil water in a kettle to use in a hot water bath while baking. (5 mins)

STEP 2
In a pot, combine flour, sugar, salt, Nestlé All Purpose Cream, and water. Stir and gently heat until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and cocoa powder. (10 mins)

STEP 3
Stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Blend in the vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside. (3 mins)

STEP 4
Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy. Gradually whisk in the sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg white mixture into the chocolate batter until well combined. (7 mins)

STEP 5
Line a cake pan with parchment paper and butter it. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. (2 mins)

STEP 6
Place the cake pan in a roasting pan and fill halfway with hot water from the kettle. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. (1 hr)

STEP 7
Refrigerate until ready to serve.


GANACHE

•10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
•1cup whipping cream, heavy
•2tablespoons sugar

FROSTING
•1cup butter, softened
•4cups confectioners' sugar
•1⁄2cup baking cocoa
•1⁄4cup milk
•2teaspoons vanilla extract




After you follow all the steps with ingredients, Tadaaaa! You can now serve your CHOCOLATE DECADENCE CAKE!

Simple Chocolate cake and Chocolate Decadence cake are not the same for me, because decadence cake is rich of chocolate feeling in and out. Up to the tripple chocolates in one cake!
